Please read the following document containing the Terms and Conditions carefully before using www.MageAnts.com. By purchasing products from MageAnts, we assume that you read and agree to our terms and conditions outlined below.
Copyright
MageAnts is the copyright holder of all software sold or displayed on this website. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any products without MageAnts’s permission, is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part of any other software or product or website.
License
When you purchase a MageAnts extension:
- You will receive 100% open-source code.
- A License Certificate will be issued (includes license serial number), valid for:
- One live Magento installation, and
- Unlimited development/staging environments.
- You may customize the product for your own use, in accordance with these terms.
- The license remains valid unless terminated due to a breach of terms.
Digital Product Delivery Notice
All MageAnts products are sold as digital software extensions delivered electronically. Upon successful purchase, customers will receive access to download the product files from their My Account > My Downloadable Products section.
Please note:
This is a digital product delivered as a downloadable file.
No physical goods, installation service, or manual setup is included by default, unless specifically added as a paid add-on during checkout.
Customers are responsible for installing the extension as per the user guide provided. Optional installation services may be purchased separately if needed.
Product Update
We regularly update our products to ensure compatibility with the latest Magento versions and to meet evolving customer needs. Customers can access updated versions free of charge by logging into their account and visiting My Account > My Downloadable Products.
To stay informed, we recommend following our blog or newsletter for updates.
Support Policy
We also support the free product. Support for free extensions is not included by default but can be provided on a paid hourly basis. To request support or report bugs, please submit a ticket via our Support Portal. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response. Weekend submissions will be addressed the following Monday.
Refund Policy
We provide a 30-day money back guarantee for all our products, you can contact us if you have any confusion or problems regarding installation, refund terms, support or about extensions.
In case if the extension does not work due to a bug and we fail to provide you a solution then you will be given a full refund before the completion of 30 days of the original date of purchase. However, we have our priorities sorted and support is at its epitome, we will strive to help you in every way possible.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The refund request is submitted after 30 days from the purchase date.
- You decide not to use the extension after purchase.
- The extension functions as described and no technical issue is present.
- The extension was purchased solely for evaluation purposes. (We request you to only purchase our products if you are genuinely interested in using it. We also urge you to examine it carefully and even go through the DEMO to know the functionalities of the product. A purchase should only be made if you are satisfied with the product.)
- The issue arises due to third-party extensions/themes (we can offer conflict resolution at an additional charge).
- Fees paid for installation, customization, or other services are non-refundable.
For verification, we may request temporary access to your staging environment (admin/FTP/SSH) to help resolve technical issues. While optional, this greatly helps in validating refund claims.
Refund Terms
Before asking for a refund you must contact us and ask us to rectify and resolve issues related to our product, regarding that you can contact us via Email. We will check the issue and solve it (if the support period has not expired) , which can take up to 5 business working days to respond.
Please note that any refund request made after the completion of “30 days” from the purchasing date will not be given a refund.
We request you to only purchase our products if you are genuinely interested in using it and not just purchasing it for evaluation purposes. We also urge you to examine it carefully and even go through the DEMO to know the functionalities of the product. A purchase should only be made if you are satisfied with the product.
Refunds will not be granted in case coding conflicts are related to any third party extensions/themes that are installed on your store. We can offer our support service in fixing conflicts for an additional charge.
Please note that any fee which has been paid for installation or customization services will not be refunded.
Modification of Terms
Please note that these Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. MageAnts reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Regardless, we will post any Terms and Conditions changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
