Refund Policy
We offer a 30-days money back guarantee for all our extensions. If you have any problems with running extension, concerns about the refund term, or support and installation service, please kindly contact us. If the extension fails to function properly due to a bug and our support team unable to fix it, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. However, we stand behind our products and will assist the customer in solving problems first. Please contact us for getting a refund with your order details and give the reason why do you need a refund? All the refund requests submitted after 30 days are not accepted. Fees for installation conflicts resolution and customization services are not refundable. Please read the Refund Policy for more details.
Upon refund, you must destroy all copies of the software on your servers and in any place within a refund period. All licenses to use the software will be immediately terminated. Any further use of the software is an infringement of MageAnts copyright and other intellectual property rights!
Refunds can only be issued if the item is malfunctioning, corrupt or does not work as described in our extension page And our support staff is unhelpful to solve your problem.
How to Request a Refund
- Please contact us via email (support@mageants.in) with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Our support team will first attempt to resolve the problem. If the issue cannot be fixed within the scope of standard support, a refund will be processed.
Refund Eligibility Conditions
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The extension is malfunctioning or not working as described.
- Our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- The refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
We encourage customers to review the demo and product details carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- After 30 days from the date of purchase.
- If you choose not to use the extension after purchase.
- If the product functions as described, without any technical issues.
- If the extension is purchased for evaluation purposes only. (Before purchasing any of our products, please read the product details and also check the DEMO very carefully. Only if you are completely satisfied, the product should be purchased.)
- For fees paid for installation, customization, or conflict resolution services.
- For issues caused by third-party theme or extension conflicts (we do offer paid support for such cases).
- We are unable to offer replacements for incorrectly purchased extensions.
Support Access & Verification
To assist with troubleshooting, you need to provide access to your staging or development environment (Admin, FTP, and SSH). It helps our team verify and resolve issues more effectively.
Why Can't I Get My Refund?
MageAnts reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected. We have observed that some of the clients are downloading our products then asking for a refund without genuine reasons.
If you fall into one or more of the below, we're sorry: You are NOT eligible for Refund.
Please note that any refund request made after the completion of “30 days” from the purchasing date will not be given a refund.
Before asking for refund you must contact us & ask us to rectify and resolve issues related to our product, regarding that you can contact us via Email. We will check the issue and solve it (if the support period has not expired), which can take up to 5 business working days to respond.
Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the extension or if the extension was purchased for evaluation purposes. Before purchasing any of our products, please read the product details and also check the DEMO very carefully. Only if you are completely satisfied, the product should be purchased.
If you bought the wrong extension then we will not replace it with another extension.
You will not get a refund if all the mentioned features in our extension page work in your Magento store. You need to provide your staging/development store access details (Admin, FTP, and SSH) so our support team will verify it.
Refunds will not be granted in case coding conflicts are related to any third party extensions/themes that are installed on your store. We can offer our support service in fixing conflicts for an additional charge.
Please note that any fee which has been paid for installation or customization services will not be refundable.
Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we identify abuse or misuse of our refund policy. Each case is reviewed carefully to ensure fairness to all our customers.
