Create and Manage Dealer / Sales Rep Accounts

The Through the User Information Tab, store admins can create dealer accounts by assigning specific Magento backend users as dealers or sales representatives. Admins can restrict dealers to view only their assigned customers and orders, or grant broader access if needed. Admin can also set the dealer’s status as Active or Inactive from the backend.

Admin will also be provided with a “Additional User Information” tab where they can add information about dealers like Name, address, contact details, etc.

Assign Dedicated Dealers or Sales Reps to Customers Easily

Through the Customer -> All Customers section, the store admin can view the complete list of customers available. Manage Customers Easily

In the Manage Customers tab, you can view the assigned customers to the Dealer. Once assigned, the Dealer user will only see these specific customers in the Manage Customers grid.

Through the Restriction tab, store admins can easily configure dealer-specific access. By default, they have access to all customer groups. But when you assign dealers to particular customer groups, they will have access only to the customers available in that group. This make sures that your team works efficiently within their scope while maintaining customer data security.

Streamlined Customer & Order Filtering by Dealer

To simplify backend management, Magento admins can filter both the Customer Grid and Orders Grid based on dealer assignments. This allows both admins and dealers to focus only on data, improving operational efficiency and minimizing clutter.
Simply navigate to

• Sales → Orders to view the list of all placed orders that are filtered out by the different dealers. The list will be based on the orders assigned to a particular selected dealer.
• Customers → All Customers to view the list of all customers that are filtered out by the different dealers. Customers assigned to a selected dealer will be displayed here.

Reassignment Workflow with Notifications for Clarity

Orders can be reassigned between dealers easily via the backend. Admins can document who reassigned the order, to whom, and leave comments for clarity. Automated email notifications keep both the previous and newly assigned dealer informed in real-time.

Additionally, the extension allows admins to decide whether dealers can reassign orders themselves or whether this action is restricted to admins only.
