Please read the following document containing the Terms and Conditions carefully before using Mageants.com. By purchasing products from Mageants, we assume that you read and agree to our terms and conditions.


Mageants is the copyright holder of all software sold on this site. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any products without Mageants’s permission, is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part of any other software or product or website.


By purchasing a product of Mageants:

Customer will receive source code open 100%.

Customer will obtain a License Certificate which will remain valid until the Customer stops using the Product or until Mageants terminates this License because of Customer's failure to comply with any of its Terms and Conditions. Each License Certificate includes a license serial which is valid for one live Magento installation only and unlimited test Magento installations.

You are allowed to customize our products to fit with your using purpose.

Product Update

Mageants does upgrade regularly to meet new requests from customers or make our products work with later versions of Magento. Customers purchased a product from Mageants will get the updated versions for Free by logging in our store and go to My account>My downloadable products. Follow our Blog or newsletter for the updated information.


Mageants offers 90 days FREE support for all of your paid extensions. Support includes answering questions related to our products, bug/error fixing to make sure our products work well on your site exactly like our demo. Support does not include customizing our product to fit your own needs; customization request will require some fee. We strongly believe that 90 days being beside you is stable enough to make the extension work perfectly on your site.

We also support for the free product. Free support will be not available for free products. for support of free product will require an hourly based charge. To ask for support or report bugs, please submit a ticket to our Support system. Please kindly understand that tickets that arrive at our weekend will be processed when we’re back to the office on next Monday.

Changes to this privacy policy

Please note that these Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. Mageants reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Regardless, we will post any Terms and Conditions changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.

These Terms and Conditions go into effect on 22 Aug 2014.

Refund Policy

We provide a 30-day money back guarantee for all our products, you can contact us if you have any confusion or problems regarding installation, refund terms, support or about extensions.

In case if the extension does not work due to a bug and we fail to provide you a solution then you will be given a full refund before the completion of 30 days of the original date of purchase. However, we have our priorities sorted and support is at its epitome, we will strive to help you in every way possible.

Refund Terms

  • Before to asking for refund you must needs to contact us & ask us for rectify and resolve issue for related our product,regarding that you can contact us via Email. we will check issue and solve it(if support period is not expired) , which can take up to 5 business working days to respond.
  • Please note that any refund request made after the completion of “30 days” from purchasing date will not be given refund.
  • We request you to only purchase our products if you are genuinely interested in using it and not just purchasing it for evaluation purposes. We also urge you to examine it carefully and even go through the DEMO to know the functionalities of the product. A purchase should only be made if you are satisfied with the product.
  • Refunds will not be granted in case coding conflicts are related to any third party extensions/themes that are installed on your store. We can offer our support service in fixing conflicts for an additional charge.
  • Please note that any fee which has been paid for installation or customization services will not be refunded.
