Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the extension or if the extension was purchased for evaluation purposes. You will not get a refund if all the mentioned features in our extension page work in your Magento store. You need to provide your staging/development store access details ( Admin, FTP, and SSH ) so our support team will verify it.
Refunds will not be granted in case coding conflicts are related to any third party extensions/themes that are installed on your store. We can offer our support service in fixing conflicts for an additional charge.
